Crispy Baby Corn, Potato Tossed in 4 Sauces (Chilli Garlic Sauce, Barbecue Sauce, Schezwan Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce)

As the title says it's just Tossing Baby Corn and Potato. (If you have time or need non veg then try to with Chicken Wings instead)

Method:
*Cut baby corn and Potato as per your preference for handle able sizes.
*Dip the baby corn and Potato into a thin batter
(Batter - Corn Starch/ Corn Flour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder Salt, Water)
*Once well dipped and coated in batter, Fry in hot oil
(Batter will form a Crispy, Crunchy outer layer)
*In another Pan/Wok heat some oil (about a TSP)
*Add crushed chopped Garlic and Quick Stir. (4 to 5 big cloves of Garlic) 
*Immediately add the sauces 
(Measurements - 1Spoon BBQ SAUCE, 1Spoon Chilli Garlic Sauce, 1Spoon Schezwan Sauce, 1/2 Spoon Dark Soy Sauce, 1Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, Salt as per taste)
*Stir Well and add the Baby Corn and Potato (Or wings if you're doing it with Wings)
*Add Corn Slury Immediately (Corn Starch + Water) to thicken the sauces
*Stir in High Heat and Done.
