Crispy Fried Wings

2 Weeks ago, I made Crispy Fried Wings with Simple Seasoned Salad with Tomato, Lettuce & Broccoli.

I realised once you learn how to crispy fry anything with Seasoned Flour, It's tough to go back to Frying the same Desi Style.
.
It's interesting to experience the Crunch on the outside and Tenderness and Juiciness on the inside.
.
I Simply Add a little water to Curd/ Yougurt to make buttermilk and then Brine the Chicken in it for minimum 4 hours.
.
Seasoned Flour is easy - 50% Maida, 50% Corn Flour (Equal Portions) tspoon each of turmeric powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Salt as per taste.

Remove chicken from Butter milk batter one piece at a time and wait for excess Liquid to drip off, 
Drop the Chicken one piece at a time in the Seasoned Flour, then dip in water for 10seconds, Re-do the Seasoned Flour and ensure every little corner is Quoted Well
.
Drop for Frying in medium hot oil other wise if it's high heat only outer crust will cook and Chicken will be Raw.

10 seconds before removing turn the heat hight so that there's little to no oil sticking on the chicken.
.
Serve it with salad of choice.. Salad DRESSING i made included Apple Cider Vinegar, Lime Juice, Salt, black pepper powder.
