What do you find in a Bachelor's Kitchen?
Eggs, Maggi and Bananas.
We're not going to discuss Maggi and Bananas.
Today we're cooking those eggs.

INGREDIENTS:
-Eggs 4
-Onions 2 (Finely Chopped)
-Tomatoes 2 (Finely Chopped)
-Red Chilly Powder
-Salt
-Coriander Powder
-Garam Masala
-Green Chilly Sauce
- Schezwan Sauce
-Olive Oil
-parsley or coriander leaves

Method:
*Take a small kadai type pan and heat it on the gas on high flame.
*Add 1 table spoon of olive oil.
*Add Finely Chopped Onions.
*Keep the flame on medium after adding onions.
*After every minute gently Sauté the Onions.
*Once the Onions tenderise, add your Finely Chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
*While the tomatoes cook, take a blender add 1table spoon, red chilly powder, 2 table spoon coriander powder, 1 tspoon turmeric, 1tspoon garam masala, 1 tspoon Schezwan sause, 1tspoon olive oil into the blender.
*Turn off the gas and transfer the contents into the blender with other ingredients and blend it to make a fine think paste.
*Restart the flame and pour the paste into the Pan.
*Add water if required and how much ever required based on your thin or thick you want your gravy to be.
*Let the paste come to a boil on low flame.
*Add in salt as per your taste
*Turn up the heat and break in 4 eggs.
*Lower the flame to medium and let the eggs cook for 10mins
*Garnish with fresh parsley or Cilantro (coriander leaves)
*Turn off the heat and eat it with your rice or roti.
Note: Schezwan sause is optional. I love adding that In my recipes
