Baby Corn Fritters

Ingredients:
Baby Corn🌽
Gram Flour
Turmeric powder
Flour
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Black Pepper powder
Thyme
Parsley
Green Chilli sauce
Schezwan Sauce
Tomato Chilli Sauce
Method:
(Batter)
*Add gram Flour and all purpose flour into a bowl (3:2)
*Add in some red chilli powder as per your Spice intake capacity and need, a t-spoon of black pepper powder, Salt (as per your taste), sprinkler some Thyme and parsley.
*Mix these ingredients with water thick enough to form a fine batter.
(Baby Corn)
*Get your baby corns (as many as you like)
*Cut each corn into 4 equal pieces
*Boil the baby corn with a pinch of salt and Turmeric for 5 mins.
*Let it cool
*Once cooled add corn into the batter
*Mix well and let the batter rest for 5mins
*Heat oil in a Pan
*Make sure oil is hot enough
*Keep the gas in full flame
*Add the corns in the heated oil
*Once added lower the flame and let it fry until it turns golden brown
*Once fried, transfer it to a Serving Plate.
(Dip)
*Take a bowl
*Mix 2 spoon Schezwan sauce, 1 spoon  Tomato chilli Sauce, 1 spoon green chilli sauce.
*Dip is ready.
Serve and Eat Hot for best experience.
