Indian Bakery Classic - Egg Puffs

#Recipe Egg Puffs
.
Store bought puff pastry dough.
.
Boiled Eggs.
.
One onion
One tomato
Garlic
Green chilli
.
°Add onions to heated oil, season with salt and let it cook.
°Prepare the masala 
-Coriander powder
-Cumin powder
-Turmeric powder
-Red Chilli powder
-Garam Masala
°Add and mix tomatoes to the pan following the onions
°Add Masala
°Salt to taste
°Saute
°Turn off the heat and let it cool after 5mins
.
°Lay the puff pastry dough
°One Spoon prepare masala
°Half of a Boiled Egg
°Fold the Dough and Give it a milk wash/egg wash
.
°Pre-Heat Microwave oven for 10mins
°Once the oven is heated, Place the puffs in and let it bake for 25mins under 200°c
°After it's baked, take it out and let it cool.

Enjoy the Bakery Delicacy at the comfort of your home with absolutely no effort.
