1st Attempt at Mangalore Buns

Breakfast delicacy of #Mangalore

Here's what you need.
1.Over or well ripened Banana
2. Sugar
3. Curd/Yogurt
4. Baking soda powder
5. All purpose flour (Maida)
6. Pinch of salt (if you'd like to balance the flavours.

Make the dough using the ingredients (Mash the bananas and mix the ingredients to form a soft dough) and leave it over night or for anywhere between 8 to 10 hours

Roll them out (keep them a little thick)

Fry and Wallaahi...
Well puffed up and soft Mangaluru Buns, All Done.
