Snack or Tea Time Bites:

                                Sorry For not Posting anything lately, i didn't have the time to try something new or different. So here is my Fresh Recipe Straight from the Ingredients i found in the kitchen. 

Note : This is not a Rocket science; you can try this anywhere anytime .

To Be Honest, Without having any particular or specific reason i call this dish "The Chicks Hot Legs" is because is it "Spicy"

Ingredients Required:

  • Garlic Paste
  • Red Chilly Powder
  • Red Chilly Sauce
  • Green Chilly Sauce
  • Green Chilies
  • Vinegar
  • Dark Soya Sauce
  • Chicken TANDOORI Masala
  • (Teju Brand) Chicken Masala.
  • Salt

Method:



Well You Start off  making a Chilly Paste. (Add 5 GREEN CHILIES in the Grinder with a few drops of vinegar and grind  i till you get the chilies grinded into a Thin Paste)

On a Bowl add half 2 TSP of Garlic, 3 TSP of Red Chilly Powder, 1 TSP of Red Chilly Sauce and Green Chilly Sauce each; pour in the green chilly paste, half TSP of Dark soya sauce and just a few drops of Vinegar, 2 TSP of Tandoori Masala and mix the marinate until you get the battered texture (it will take less than 10 seconds). Now you add the Legs mix them well to have the legs well coated with the marinate.
Leave the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. 


Marinate Looks Yummy Enough?? Are you Hungry Already? well you have to let it rest for At least 2 hours before cooking them to ensure the flavors are all inside the chicken.

well, in my case i let it rest for 12 hours; it is up to you and your personal preference that will make the difference here

Once the Marinate is rested enough according to you, just 15 minutes before frying them sprinke a spoonful of Chicken Masala (I would suggest that you look for Teju Chicken Masala to be precise)

Take a Frying Pan (We are Deep Frying this) and fry the chicken Until it cooks perfectly. over frying might over cook the chicken which will destroy the taste and flavors of these Sexy Looking Legs.

Here is a Fun Tip : Place your Palm a few centimeters  above the hot oil, if it hurts your Palm for a second. the oil is heated enough and you can add the chicken. 

Here is Another Tip : When you add the legs; make sure the Stove is on high flame. after adding them, lower the temperature and let it cook through slowly and allow it to fry well. Stir Occasionally. don't over stir the legs.

well you can also Grill, Steam, Barbecue etc. Basically you can cook it the way you want it and it will taste Equally Good as long as it is chicken.


Sorry for not Plating them right; it was over by the time i was done frying them all. LOL
