Cream Chicken with Mushroom by Chef Habil
Ingredients :
- Chicken (half KG)
- Mushroom (6 Diced Pieces)
- Green Chilly
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Fresh Cream 100 ml.
- Green Chilly Sauce
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Turmeric
- Corn Stock
- Salt to taste and Oil.
Method:
Chop One Big Onion and 2 small green chilly.
Take a Pan. Stir Fry some Mushrooms and let it Soften.
Once done, turn off the heat and let it Cool.
Take another Pan and heat some Oil as preferred.
After the oil is heated well enough.
Add the Chopped Onions and green chilly. sauté them until the onions turn translucent.
After that add the ginger and garlic paste sauté it for a minute.
Make sure you are cooking under low flame to ensure that you don't burn the Dish.
Add the mushrooms along with the stock it leaves while you were stir frying them.
Add in half Tsp of coriander powder garam masala and turmeric. Mix the masalas well.
And now add the fresh cream.
Mix the entire dish together.
Now add 4 Tsp of Corn Stock (boil a full corn to get the stock)
Add in one and a half Tsp of green chilly sauce.
Add the chicken you have and let the entire Dish Cook for 15 minutes while the Chicken Boils perfectly under medium flame.
Garnish with Coriander.
Serve Hot with Chapati.
Tip :
keep checking the Dish as you wait for the chicken to cook and give it a light stir in between to ensure that it doesn't burn on the bottom of the pan.
If there are no burns on the bottom the Dish will have a good fragrance.
